My Approach to Helping
I provide a non-judgmental, caring space for clients to explore symptoms of anxiety, depression, everyday stress, or relationship conflict. I believe you are the expert of your life and that you have many strengths and I hope to offer a new perspective and an unbiased viewpoint on patterns that you may have developed in your life. Through cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies, we can approach what patterns have worked well in your life and what have held you back in some ways to see what might work better.
