My Approach to Helping

Are you tired of the same-old negative patterns? Are you considering making a real change in your life? Then I would love to work with you! I specialize in helping individuals like you heal from traumas and break long-held negative patterns associated with anxiety, depression, and sexual and other behavioral addictions. I have specialized training with trauma and Attention-Deficit Disorder.

My approach is supportive, straightforward, and collaborative. I believe that real change happens best when therapy is focused on living one's best life, when it is strategic and goal-oriented, and when it engages the whole person.

Rather than just managing symptoms, you can actually achieve healing and a far better quality of life. This happens best as you learn to confront emotional barriers from a place of emotional centeredness. Strategies that may assist this process include but are not limited to: Schema Therapy, mindfulness practice, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and the targeted application of one's personal spirituality or faith.

Regardless of the specific methods used, my ultimate objective is to help you heal and revive your spirit and your relationships. Please go to my website for more information!
