My Approach to Helping

I work with adults and adolescents struggling with relationship issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, and posttraumatic stress (PTSD). Many of my clients have had difficult childhoods, legal issues, and appreciate working with me because I believe in self-empowerment to reduce their suffering, heal from past traumas, and learn healthier ways to heal through good nutrition, psychotherapy, and exercise. I use elements of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotional freedom technique (EFT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), hypnotherapy, existential, and psychodynamic therapy in my approach.
