My Approach to Helping
My ideal client would be a person hoping to heal their trauma that they have encountered in life and would like to use EMDR, (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) in order to do so.
I offer DBT, EMDR and IATP-C to help people process and handle trauma in a more effective way. My passion is to help people to process their trauma. I desire to provide an environment for children, adolescence and their families to learn the skills they need to handle the experiences that they have encountered so that they no longer hindering them.
People of all ages have an amazing ability to learn new things and process their world in remarkable ways. I feel each person should have the opportunity to heal from the trauma suffered and move forward to their happiest and most productive life.

At the Trauma and Attachment Center we help you build and strengthen your attachments to reduce disruptive behavior and negative coping skills. Our goal is to help individuals and families grow in a healthier direction. We specialize in children with adoption, foster care and early trauma that has strained their relationships- which many times causes them to learn unhealthy skills to get their needs met. We work with parents and caregivers to help them learn how to best help their child be successful.
Our passion is to help people to process their trauma. We desire is to provide an environment for children, adolescence and their families to learn the skills they need to handle the experiences that they have encountered so that they no longer hindering them.
We also work with adults suffering from attachment trauma. Trauma at early stages of life can cause a myriad of issues from relationship difficulties to chronic pain. We help adults who have not yet healed their early trauma find resolution and solace.
