My Approach to Helping

Are you constantly feeling self-defeated? Do you feel like what other people want from you is more important than what you want from yourself? Are you unhappy and resentful because you try so hard to please everyone else? Is it a real struggle for you to be vulnerable in your relationships with others? You are not alone. Many of my clients struggle with the same issues! You are here because you have made a powerful choice —to put yourself first. You've decided that you are ready to learn how to truly set boundaries, thrive and heal from the past. You know that things could be better, but you are not sure how to get there.

You have taken the first step by searching online for therapists. Now, it’s time to break patterns that are causing problems in your relationships and your life. You have the power to create a different life for yourself. You just need the right guide. In my 10 years as a licensed trauma-informed therapist (LCSW), I have helped many women ages 18 and older learn how to heal from past trauma, and show up for themselves each and every day.

My practice is located in the San Francisco Bay area, but I offer virtual therapy to clients all over the U.S. I am an LGBTQ and BIPOC-informed therapist and ally. I enjoy working with and supporting ALL women. I believe that everyone should feel safe and understood in therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming space for you to explore your vulnerabilities and heal from the past.

It’s time to create the life you want. I’m here to help you feel more emotionally attuned to yourself and connect with others in a way that honors your needs. Take the first step right now. Give me a call today to schedule your FREE 15-minute phone consultation.
