For some of us, the challenges around our thoughts and feelings seem too overwhelming. They control us. Maybe you hurt yourself or experience things others don't. Maybe you focus too much on your body image or food consumption. Maybe you are worried too much about what others think of you or feel like you have to be the best for someone else. Maybe you feel hopeless and just don't know what to do anymore. Maybe you are feeling like you have no one to talk to because they just can't understand what it's really like. Maybe you are trying to decide whether it's worth it to even continue on like this. You might feel inadequate, hopeless, fearful, anxious, or stressed.
You are not alone. I have been where you are. And now I have over a decade of experience working with individuals facing these issues. There is so much going on during this time, and calling in an expert like me to support you as you navigate your journey is a brave and thoughtful choice. I am so proud of you!
