My Approach to Helping
Life can feel overwhelming. You’re juggling responsibilities, taking care of others, and pushing through—often at the expense of your own well-being. Maybe you feel anxious, disconnected, or like something is missing. Perhaps you’re stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, struggling to balance relationships, work, and self-care. The weight of it all can make happiness feel out of reach. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, navigate challenges with confidence, and create a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you truly are.
I believe that healing happens in connection—with ourselves and with others. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the understanding that each person’s journey is unique. I integrate evidence-based techniques, including DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), CBT, and Sand Tray Therapy, to help you process emotions, build resilience, and foster self-compassion. For couples, I utilize Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen relationships and deepen emotional bonds.
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you. Let’s work together to help you feel more connected, empowered, and at peace in your life.
I’d love to hear your story—reach out for a consultation, and let’s begin this journey together.
