My Approach to Therapy
I believe every person has unique and powerful internal strengths and resources that they can grow in order to live happier lives. My job is to help identify, foster, and encourage those resources and offer options and insights for how to most effectively address a client's presenting issues.
My Practice & Services
Sessions cost $170 per hour. I do offer to take on a limited number of clients at a time on scholarship for a significantly reduced fee when slots are available.

I am very passionate about working with distressed couples in therapy. I have received additional training in both Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Method Therapy. I believe that in most circumstances the rewards for the risk and energy it takes to repair a marriage far outweigh the rewards, risk and energy it takes to proceed with divorce. It is always possible to improve.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I truly love my profession as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Even if it is very small change, just by the simple act of coming in to therapy, I can always find glimpses of hope by the end of a session even in the most difficult sitiuations. Everyone desires to be understood and appreciated for who they are and I am able to offer a safe environment for personal growth and vulnerability.
