Everyone deals with obstacles in life; it’s part of the human experience. More challenging obstacles are easier to work through with support. I am here to walk with you as you struggle to overcome the obstacles you currently face. I believe each person has a purpose, and I am dedicated to helping you identify that purpose for yourself and move forward in your life with thoughtful confidence.

Of course, the past can also derail your present. The longer your past traumas, large or small, are ignored, the more likely their negative shadows will influence your life. You may find yourself making decisions out of fear and anxiety due to past events, and feel a loss of personal freedom. Don't continue to let your past negatively impact your future. With the integration of energy psychology and traditional psychotherapy, I can help you quickly move past fear, anxiety, and depression to a place of hope and contentment. My goal is to assist you in overcoming whatever is holding you back in life in a non-judgmental and trusting environment.

More Info About My Practice

Most of the ways we show up in the world are the result of our beliefs. Many of these beliefs were created before the age of 10 and continue to subconsciously inform our feelings and behaviour even as adults. In therapy, you’ll uncover these beliefs and learn to recognize their effects - and you can decide whether to keep or change them. Self-sabotaging, repetitive behaviours can be uprooted at the heart when these underlying beliefs come to light. Change at this deep level is easier with the help of a trained therapist, and I would love to provide that support to you.
