My Approach to Helping
I practice a holistic, client-centred, and strength-based approach by helping individuals explore their abilities and accessing their own innate wisdom. Based on a belief that every person holds the unique potential to discover and develop their individual inner resources and strengths. I adopt a wellness approach to therapy, involving the integration of mind, body, and spirit for the purpose of living life more fully. My priority is to create a safe environment where you can express your struggles and fears without worrying about judgement. Offering in-person, phone, or video sessions.
I work with adults and teenagers. I specialize in working with individual clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family and work stress, difficulties with assertiveness, grief, loss, chronic pain, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and spirituality. I work collaboratively developing a plan tailored specifically for your needs.

In addition, I will help you uncover new strengths and skills, which will lead you towards personal growth and fulfillment.
