My Approach to Helping

I help women break free from overdoing, overinvesting, & overcommitting with little return. Imagine yourself free from should based living!

Hello, I'm Cindy Lineberger, LCSW, Owner & Founder of Seeds of Hope Counseling, PLLC in Hickory, NC. With several decades of experience, I've successfully helped women break free from overdoing, overinvesting, and overcommitting. Whether you're a fellow helper or a chronic illness warrior, let's work together to create a life you genuinely embrace, imagining balance, confidence, ignited sexual wellness, and body positivity.

Having personally lived with chronic illness, I comprehend its impact on various aspects of life, including your job, sex life, self-esteem, and confidence. Here, fellow helpers can find refuge—where you can leave your professional hat at the door in exchange for vulnerability. Some common chronic illnesses and health conditions my clients often share include Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Pelvic Floor Disorders, Painful SexLow Sex Drive, Lichen Sclerosus, Multiple Sclerosis, PCOS, Long Covid, Menopause, Thyroid Disease, Diabetes, and Food Intolerances.

As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and Certified Mindfulness Mental Health Professional, I bring specialized training in integrative health, encompassing nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, meditation, and Dr. Leslie Korn's Brainbow Blueprint. Having a therapist who understands integrative wellness can be a powerful asset toward holistic well-being.

My care is rooted in realness, shaped by core values—advocacy, authenticity, & unconditional positive regard. I've lived through anxiety, divorce, low self-esteem, dieting woes & grappling with chronic invisible illness. These experiences create a life-trained lens, beyond the books. When I say "I get it" I mean it . Authentic care for REAL change!
Although I tend to keep a waitlist, I am always accepting self referrals. To begin please self schedule a FREE Discovery Consult (phone or video) directly from my website. To schedule you will be asked to fill out a brief survey to help us prepare. During the consult we will mutually agree if my practice is a great match and discuss next steps.
