My Approach to Helping

Life has been compared to the weather; ever-shifting and full of wild, unexpected changes. Unfortunately, your recent unplanned life event has also brought with it heartbreak, pain, and shock- beyond what you ever could have imagined. Suddenly your rhythm in life is interrupted. You find yourself unable to process or cope with daily life. The past haunts you- sneaking up and triggering you when you least expect it. Suddenly it's difficult to sleep, you're irritable, avoidant, and living life with little joy or laughter. It's scary to reach out for help, but you know you're at a place where you're ready to take that first step.

Allow me to offer you a sacred and safe place to begin to tell your story of grief, loss, and pain. You will be listened to and validated; learning and developing well-established coping skills to begin your healing process. We will build a bridge from your head into your heart and body for you to feel re-connected with joy and love.

It's possible to move forward with positive change & resolutions. It's an honor to guide you through the process of healing with support and patience. Allow yourself to heal, re-claim your life and connect with yourself. Please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation; let's get started on building a life filled with more love, joy, balance, and freedom!
