My Approach to Helping
I am a therapist for the person who is navigating motherhood and everything it comes with. From balancing the needs of both you and your child at the same time to exploring the person you are becoming. Having a safe space to process your transformation into motherhood, the challenges, and the joys serves to support you in connecting to yourself, your purpose, and your authenticity. Sometimes there are feelings of sadness, overwhelm, or just plain feeling like you aren't "good enough". We have all been there! I come from a place of compassion and understanding, ready to explore what parenthood is, to heal, and to grow.
I specialize in working with perinatal mental health, moms, partners, and children (0-5 years). I provide a compassionate and dynamic approach to create a healing space while also creating forward movement towards the life you want for you and your family. We will find simple strategies that can be incorporated in day-to-day living for more ease and comfort.
I will help you figure out the pieces that are keeping you in a place that feels stuck and painful. We will practice strategies that will make life more manageable.
