What's My Approach to Therapy?
High performers often carry invisible weight. Whether you’re an executive, attorney, medical professional, athlete, or veteran, the same drive that fuels your success can also create stress, anxiety, and exhaustion. My work focuses on helping high-achieving individuals, adults and adolescents alike, restore clarity, balance, and purpose so they can perform at their best without burning out.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process grounded in evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and performance psychology. I also integrate trauma-informed approaches like eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), prolonged exposure therapy (PE), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) to help clients process experiences that may continue to shape how they think, feel, and respond under pressure.
In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological assessments to help clarify concerns such as attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), cognitive decline, anxiety, and personality patterns. These evaluations offer valuable insight into strengths and challenges, guiding targeted treatment and performance strategies.
Our sessions are focused, strategic, and results-oriented. Many of my clients notice meaningful progress within the first few weeks as they begin to see themselves and their challenges through a clearer, more compassionate lens.
My goal is to create a confidential space where you can talk freely, gain perspective, and develop tools that help you thrive under pressure, whether in the boardroom, on stage, or on the field.
