My Approach to Helping
There is more to you than your struggles. Finding a therapist who treats you as a whole person, not a diagnosis, can be challenging. There are times when everyone needs to strengthen their coping skills, see things from a different perspective, or simply say their truth out loud without judgment. That's where I come in. I will supply you with skills to help cope with your life’s challenges, help you see yourself and your stresses from a variety of angles giving you a better understanding of how to effectively deal with them, and most importantly, I will never judge you.
I'm here to help. I take an open-minded approach to client wellness and will personalize your treatment to fit your goals. Anxiety is my specialty and I’d be honored to give you a helping hand in getting your ship together. I'll listen to you and together we'll create a plan to help get you where you’d like to be.
