My Approach to Helping
You’re capable and thoughtful, but the pressure to keep it all together can wear you down. Maybe you juggle family, school, or work while trying to stay composed. Inside, you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stressed. You might seem put together, but you quietly manage imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and worry.
Therapy can help you find clarity, quiet your inner critic, and reconnect with yourself. I offer an affirming, collaborative space to show up as you are, explore what feels heavy, and make room for growth, healing, and perhaps a little humor. I work with individuals and couples in New Jersey and Pennsylvania who are navigating anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ identity, and relationship concerns. Sessions offer a safe, supportive place to process your thoughts and emotions with curiosity and without judgment. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed.
You don’t have to carry life’s challenges and transitions alone. If you’re ready to get started or have questions about therapy, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Together, we’ll explore where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there so you can thrive, all guided by your needs and goals.
I look forward to connecting with you.
