My Approach to Helping
Casia Hoyle is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in trauma counseling. Casia works with those going through life transitions and anxiety as well as victims of crime, victims of sex trafficking, and survivors of physical or sexual abuse. Casia completed her Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Trauma Studies at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. She is a sexual assault counselor and a trauma counselor. Casia’s wish is to help you gain a voice to your experiences so that you can be more connected to yourself and others. Maybe you are not sure who you really are and what you want out of life. Are there complicated family or other relationships that you’re having trouble navigating? Possibly you want to be independent or make a transition in life but are feeling overwhelmed, alone, or unsure how to manage it. Casia works to build a place where you can be listened to without judgement or expectations. A place to share your thoughts and feelings and to get some feedback on what you are experiencing. An opportunity to take a breath and to release some of the unhelpful messages about yourself that you carry.
