My Approach to Helping
Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a group practice of caring mental health clinicians here to help our clients transform their lives for the better. We have two beautiful office locations to serve our clients that want in-person sessions in South Florida, offices are located in Davie and Fort Lauderdale. We provide virtual counseling to anyone located in the state of Florida.
Our clinicians are trauma informed. We value approaching mental health from the mindset of "what happened to you," rather than, "what's wrong with you?" We treat kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. We love helping people ease emotional suffering.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Many of the clinicians at Seasons Psychotherapy Associates are EMDR trained. Our practice offers 'intensives,' a specialized therapy program in which a client comes for 1-3 days and works on trauma processing for 4-5 hours a day (dependent upon the client). Clients reap the rewards of getting 10-15 hours of therapy in a few days as opposed to three months of weekly therapy sessions.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
The clinicians working with Seasons Psychotherapy Associates are here to help people like you feel better. We know that depression, anxiety, anger, resentment, bitterness, obsessive compulsive thoughts and behaviors, grief & loss, sadness, inattentiveness, and defensiveness are feelings that are damaging to your ability to feel okay with yourself and others. Feeling emotionally overwrought leads to impairment in your everyday life. Our goal is to help our clients learn to cope better with negative emotions and begin functioning at their highest level.

My Guiding Ethical Principles
Seasons Psychotherapy Associates was founded on the principle that we're transforming people's lives for the better. In order to do that we must connect clients to qualified and effective mental health care providers. We strive to provide superior customer service in all aspects of our business. Our clinicians are trauma informed as we believe that the majority of our clients have endured some type of trauma that is impacting their mental health. We believe that mental health care is for everyone and for this reason we are Medicaid providers and credentialed with most major insurance plans. Access to quality mental health care is important to us. We believe strongly in the value of autonomy, for both our clients and our clinical staff. The concept of self-determination is important to us, we leave it up to the client as to whether or not they want in-person, virtual, or a hybrid schedule for sessions. We leave it up to the clinician to decide what is the best way to help a client.
