My Approach to Helping

If you are coming in to see me, I believe in and will embody giving you my full presence from start to finish, offering guidance and tools towards shifting a stuck point in your life, soothing the system and teaching you how to help the mind to calm into more clarity in thought.

Often, acknowledging feelings from within the body contributes greatly to your process and you might find this helps strengthen relationships to yourself as well as loved ones. Sometimes coming into awareness of the thoughts and feelings you struggle with, instead of being hard on yourself, is a big step towards more self-acceptance and love. This can create a sense of gentle ease, energy, creativity, or possibly begin to clear the pathway to meet a potential partner if that is what you are looking for.

I aim to help you enhance your communication simply by expression in our sessions. Assisting you with expressing what you would like to happen in the therapy, in your life, as well as exploring the issues that are standing in the way (or seem to be!) of communicating to others what might be bothering you, is an aim I will support you in.
It is important to look at what is in the depths of your mind and heart so you can feel more empowered or even relieved from telling those you feel called to.

More Info About My Practice

Whether you are looking for help in anxious overwhelm, relationships and family, eating and body image problems, recovery, or simply wanting less heaviness and possible creative solutions to your puzzles within., this process can truly connect you with your inner resources.

It may create a different scenario than the seemingly repeated loops and you will gain greater wisdom, plus practices of benefit to the body and mindset.

Science, Spirit, and understanding where strong emotions are originating from combine in order to help you evolve and further into a sense of resolve.

Imagery and hypnotherapy can open and enrich possibilities, many find it a wonderful addition to the work.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

It is an honor for me to accompany you on your journey and listen connect, and move towards guiding you to the next level or at least over the bridge!

Through the years, this has taught me so much about people and transitions, and that change really can be felt and seen in ways that improve well being and ease suffering.

I treasure this process.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

Many, many times the therapeutic relationship creates the kind of deepened trust that enables what you didn't even realize was in your way to surface. Once it does, we can put some light on the issue and support new directions, or gently release as you feel ready.

The aware part of you tends to feel safer to arise when the connection is there with a non judgmental, caring professional.

I look forward to partnering with you in this powerful alliance!
