My Approach to Helping

Calling All Women, especially Single Women. You know, sometimes life will throw you a curve, making it difficult to get back on track. I have been counseling for over (20) years. My primary focus has been with concerns on anxiety, depression, grief and self-esteem. Clients' counseling issues include personal, emotional, professional, and relationship problems. When appropriate, I will use Christian Counseling. I will use play therapy, and expressive art therapy techniques with clients. I want you to be healed, mind, body and soul.

My role is to help you reach whatever goals you may have for yourself by providing non-judgmental support and facilitating your journey, whatever form it may take. I strive to empower you and help you expand health awareness, rather than give you advice.

Although our sessions may be very intimate emotionally and psychologically, please understand that ours is a professional relationship rather than a social one. Maintaining professional boundaries is a vital component in the therapeutic relationship. I will uphold those boundaries to ensure an appropriate therapeutic relationship.

My Role as a Therapist

The greatest gift as a therapist is to become their authentic self. This builds honesty, trust, and repours between the client and the counselor. Although our sessions may be very intimate emotionally and psychologically, please understand that ours is a professional relationship rather than a social one. Maintaining professional boundaries for both client and counselor is a vital component of the therapeutic relationship. I will uphold those boundaries to ensure an appropriate therapeutic relationship
