My Approach to Helping
We sometimes all find ourselves feeling alone in the middle of painful experiences, stuck in old patterns of coping, unable to see a better path forward. Whether you are faced with grief or loss, anxiety, depression, or the impact of trauma, you do not have to walk through these experiences alone. These symptoms often stem from emotional wounds in earlier-life which are at the root of our present-day concerns and desires. When left unchecked, these wounds may control our day-to-day decisions, and we remain stuck. Together we can help you effectively unburden & heal the influences of a painful past, while catalyzing new growth, insight, & understanding.
