My Approach to Helping
**Currently Accepting New Clients** I practice distance therapy, meaning that sessions are held online. Most clients find that this gives them the flexibility of being able to have sessions in between meetings at work, at home while the baby is napping, or even after the kids are in bed for the night. Others find that they feel more comfortable at home than in an office setting, and so they are able to relax into the process, allowing them to see progress and results more quickly.
More Info About My Practice
Are you feeling alone, lonely, or isolated, no matter who is around? Is your schedule packed full, but you still feel empty?
Everyone goes through seasons where they feel like something needs to change. Sometimes we need another set of eyes on our circumstances in order to see why we get to the point where we feel out of whack. We can go through life make the same choices and getting the same results, or we can choose to grow and transform life into the one we always imagined.
What Makes up a Problem?
If something is keeping you from being the person that you want to be, or from reaching the goals that you have set for yourself, then it is a problem. Often, we write off issues as "it is what it is" rather than taking the time to problem solve whether or not it has to continue that way. We look at other people's lives, and as long as ours stack up just enough, we are content, even if we are unhappy.
What would it take for you to believe that there is more for you? What if those problems could be solved, and your contentment could also include joy?
