What's My Approach to Therapy?

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and genuine connection. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged—one where you can speak openly about what’s weighing on you and feel supported as you make sense of your experiences. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you recognize your strengths, gain clarity, and build tools that feel authentic and sustainable for you. Our work together is not about being told what to do, but about exploring patterns, emotions, and challenges at your own pace, with curiosity and compassion. I work with children, teens, and parents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions, and I provide services in both English and Spanish to ensure care feels accessible and culturally responsive. You can expect me to be engaged, supportive, and present—balancing professional guidance with a down-to-earth, human approach. If you’re looking for a therapist who will truly listen, collaborate with you, and support you in moving toward a more grounded and hopeful place, I would be honored to be part of your journey.

My Practice & Services

I am part of a collaborative group practice that values accessible, high-quality, and client-centered care. Our practice offers individual and family therapy services and works closely as a team to ensure thoughtful matching between clients and clinicians based on needs, preferences, and areas of focus. We strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered throughout their care.

In addition to individual and family therapy, our practice also offers medication management and comprehensive psychological testing. Medication management services are provided by qualified medical providers who work collaboratively with our therapy team to support clients’ mental health needs. Psychological testing services include thorough assessments to help clarify diagnoses, identify strengths and challenges, and guide treatment planning and educational or clinical recommendations. By offering therapy, medication management, and psychological testing within one practice, we are able to provide coordinated, well-rounded care that supports clients and families at every stage of their mental health journey.

We are committed to ongoing collaboration, professional growth, and providing services that support meaningful, lasting progress for the individuals and families we serve.
