My Approach to Helping
You know you are capable, and yet you feel like a failure. No matter how hard you try, you never feel like you are enough. Other people seem to handle life easily, and yet you struggle with everyday things. You have the desire and motivation to succeed, but things always seem to get in the way, and it always seems like your fault.
You want to be able to function through life without feeling drained. You want to be able to set goals for yourself (even minimal ones!) and accomplish them. You want to love yourself and feel good about who you are. When your inner world is more at peace, you’ll find improvements across all areas of your life, including your relationships and your schoolwork-life.
I aim to make therapy as easy as possible, not something that is just another chore to your already full plate. I offer flexible hours that provide clients with the chance to find ideal timing that works for them, with the convenience of being online.
