Your anxiety, overthinking, and emotional swings all make perfect sense—your nervous system and the parts of yourself that are trying to protect you are just doing their job. With my holistic approach method, we’ll work to calm your nervous system, understand the different parts of yourself, like your inner critic and inner child, and build a strong, grounded adult self so you can feel more connected, clear, and in control.
With 10 years of experience in the mental health field and 7 years as a therapist (plus my own 15 year healing journey from childhood trauma), I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going and then gain the right tools and strategies so you can move forward living the life you want.
