My Approach to Helping

You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that you can’t seem to break, whether that’s in your relationships, family, or within yourself. Maybe you’re longing to feel more secure, more understood, or simply more like yourself again. If you’ve landed here, you’re probably carrying a lot, and you don’t have to carry it alone.

I’m Majica, and I offer a calm, grounded space to slow down, untangle what's been knotted, and start making sense of the emotional cycles you’re caught in. My approach is relational, compassionate, and attuned to the uniqueness of who you are. I specialize in emotionally focused therapy (EFT), a deeply researched model that helps individuals and couples repair trust, deepen emotional connection, and heal old wounds.

In our work together, we’ll move at your pace. I’ll help you name what’s happening under the surface: the fears, the longings, the protective strategies. We will then gently explore how these patterns show up in your relationships and your body. This process isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you feel more whole, more connected, and more able to show up fully in your life and your relationships.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and safe with me. I bring warmth, clarity, and a steady presence, and I hold space with genuine care and curiosity. I believe change happens in relationships and that therapy can be a powerful place to practice new ways of being, relating, and healing.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

Like anyone, I?ve moved through times of uncertainty, heartbreak, and transformation. Doing my own healing work has taught me the value of honesty, slowness, and staying curious even when things feel hard. It helps me sit with others in their own struggles with less judgment and more empathy. I know how much courage it takes to do this work, and I honor that in every client I meet. I love the work I do and value the work it has taken to get here.
