I specialize in emotionally focused therapy (EFT), a deeply researched model that helps individuals and couples repair trust, deepen emotional connection, and heal old wounds. In our work together, we’ll move at your pace. I’ll help you name what’s happening under the surface: the fears, the longings, the protective strategies. We will then gently explore how these patterns show up in your relationships and your body. This process isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you feel more whole, more connected, and more able to show up fully in your life and your relationships.
