My Approach to Helping
I aim to provide a space that fosters personal growth and to help clients navigate the various challenges that occur in life. I believe that compassion and a strong therapeutic relationship are the foundation of this healing process. My integrative approach to therapy emphasizes collaboration, incorporates clients’ strengths, and utilizes a variety of evidenced-based interventions in order to meet the individual needs of my clients. I provide support for those struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, career concerns, dissatisfaction in relationships, and adjustment to life stressors.
