I specialize in providing mental health support to people with depressionanxiety and trauma. I have a passion for enabling people to live their best lives by providing Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused models of therapy. I believe that the client is the best expert of themselves and I strive to empower the client to make positive changes as we co-investigate the problem.
