My Approach to Helping

This is where I can come in. I want to help you live your best life and feel confident in who you are. I want to give you coping skills to be able to live your best life every day. If you are wanting to feel and be your best, I am here to help.
I have extensively studied the world of trauma related issues such as PTSD and events that can cause it. I am EMDR informed and am able to use this modality as a way to help my clients cope with various symptoms of PTSD.
