I am a trauma informed counsellor and somatic therapist. I provide online individual therapy for people like you, childhood trauma survivors, who have lived through childhood abuse and neglect, in their recovery from CPTSD.
Using an integrated approach with somatic modalities (such as Polyvagal Theory, IFS, Somatic Experiencing and Mindfulness) I support you to move out of dissociation, in healing your triggers and processing unresolved emotional wounds, so that you can embody your self worth and live an empowered life.
