Starting Journey Through came from a deeply rooted passion of supporting Central and Northern Minnesota rural communities. We are here to help you build the skills and shift unhelpful narratives to overcome whatever challenges you may face. We use a variety of evidence-based treatment practices to support you in making sustainable changes in your life.
Emotions can be painful, and often times we avoid that pain. Here at Journey Through, we work collaboratively with you to focus on the goals that are important to you, all while giving you a safe, validating space to, as we say, "feel your feels" in order to heal.
