I specialize in helping adults in their 20s and 30s manage a variety of presenting issues including life transitions, relationships, identity, trauma, anxiety, depression, sex, substance use, and grief and loss. My approach is LGBTQIA+-affirmative, feminist, sex-positive, and culturally-inclusive. We'll work together to identify patterns, build upon strengths, and enrich your sense of self. My style is warm, open, and compassionate, and I aim to provide a safe, collaborative space that nurtures the therapeutic relationship and promotes empowerment and inner growth.

I hold certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT), and utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-based approaches that are tailored to your unique needs.
