My Approach to Helping
Navigating modern adulthood can be complicated and stressful. I specialize in helping adults in their 20s and 30s manage a variety of presenting issues including life transitions, relationships, identity, trauma, anxiety, depression, sex, substance use, and grief and loss. My approach is LGBTQIA+-affirmative, feminist, sex-positive, and culturally-inclusive. We'll work together to identify patterns, build upon strengths, and enrich your sense of self. My style is warm, open, and compassionate, and I aim to provide a safe, collaborative space that nurtures the therapeutic relationship and promotes empowerment and inner growth.
