My Approach to Helping

I have extensive background in CBT and DBT and am able to bring the skills and strategies that are needed in your specific situation. From depression to anxiety to PTSD to struggling with your kids I have a variety of techniques to help you through it.

I provide services for clients 13 years and older. I provide individual and family therapy. I also provide parent coaching to help support parents navigating parenthood and sometimes with children going through tough times.
