My Approach to Helping
In my practice I focus on the providing you with the support you need at the moment. I have extensive background in CBT and DBT and am able to bring the skills and strategies that are needed in your specific situation. From depression to anxiety to PTSD to struggling with your kids I have a variety of techniques to help you through it.
We are all unique and need to be seen that way in therapy.
I provide services for clients 13 years and older. I provide individual and family therapy. I also provide parent coaching to help support parents navigating parenthood and sometimes with children going through tough times.
