My Approach to Helping
Deciding to begin therapy can be a difficult decision; choosing the right therapist can be equally daunting. I recognize this, and offer a free consultation by phone and/or in-person to help you feel comfortable in making such an important life-changing decision. During our initial consultation, we will have an opportunity to learn about each other and to explore our comfort level for working together.
As your therapist, I will help you establish appropriate goals and develop a program for achieving those goals in a timely manner in a confidential, positive, safe, and peaceful environment.
I have been practicing Hypnotherapy since 2002 and believe in the mind-body connection. Whether you are struggling with stress management or other major life issue, I am passionate about helping you. My office is a judgment free zone. No issue or concern is too big or too small to be explored; together, we can talk about it and work through it.
My treatment and philosophy are based on a holistic approach to Mental Health Counseling through the utilization of therapies and tools such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Guided Meditation, and Computer Assisted Relaxation Services.
Drawing on these and other treatments when useful, I tailor each program to meet the needs of each individual client. Because we are jointly devoted to the same cause, your success, we will work together to find the best treatment for you.
