I am so glad you found my page. Life has a lot of stressors coming your way daily. I work with individuals to provide a safe space to reframe, challenge and explore new ways of thinking. I am engaging, open, and empathetic to your needs. I would love to meet you and begin helping you on your healing journey.
I specialize in assisting clients understand the confusion that anxiety clouds and depression storms can cause by facilitating expressions of feelings, challenging self defeating thoughts and encouraging change. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques with Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness skills included.
