My Approach to Helping
Therapy sessions with me focus on setting collaborative goals and empowering individuals in their couple and family relationships. I understand that interactions within important relationships can be a very influential factor for well-being and happiness. Relationship counseling is a useful resource for individuals who are looking for better ways to relate with their loved ones.
I have a passion for working with couples and families, and I have helped people find solutions for many different issues (depression, anxiety, self-esteemself-worth, communication problems, adolescent adjustment issues, and even co-parenting, divorce, or post-divorce matters). I believe good therapy is short-term and should seek to resolve the presenting concerns as quickly as possible.
