My Approach to Helping

I love working in a truly holistic and human-centered manner, no matter the challenges you are facing! From behavior modification techniques to increasing mindfulness, understanding who you are as a person is essential to a strong therapeutic alliance and a successful therapy adventure. I want to help you discover your place in our ever-changing world. While this can feel overwhelming, I will help you on your journey of self-love and acceptance.

I work closely with LGBTQIA+ individuals, sex workers, immigrants, formerly incarcerated individuals, gender-based violence survivors, and immunocompromised communities.

Through my experiences in the world, I have learned the importance of resilience. I want to help each of my clients build this character trait while maintaining the hope that one day we won’t need it as much.

More Info About My Practice

I believe resilience is a necessary trait to live successfully in the world today, but I hope one day life doesn't require so much of it. As someone navigating an ableist society with both chronic physical and mental health battles, I aim to dismantle systems of oppression on the macro level. I will help those navigating similar experiences as society is slow to change.

I work closely with LGBTQIA+ individuals, sex workers, immigrants, the formerly incarcerated, gender-based violence survivors, and immunocompromised communities. Each identity a person has holds so much power and potential. Establishing confidence in the self increases our access to that greatness.

I believe in living and working holistically. By finding the root cause of our troubles we can better overcome them. No matter what you bring to our sessions, I am ready to meet you with an open heart and an open mind.
