My approach to helping is grounded in collaboration, authenticity, and deep respect for your unique experiences. I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen with empathy, ask thoughtful questions, and support you in identifying what you need to feel more fulfilled. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with your values, strengths, and true identity, especially if those things have been overshadowed by anxiety, depression, or life’s many transitions.
