My Approach to Helping
My practice is best for changed- oriented folks deeply committed to creating new narratives out of old patterns while amassing effective tools to emerge empowered. If you have experienced crisis, trauma, or symptoms interfering with your relationships and goals and desire an integrative approach to whole person well-being, I'd love to work with you. My expertise is in abuse & trauma, perinatal mental health, and healthy relationships as well as in utilizing nutrition, somatic body based therapies and functional medicine to treat anxiety, depression, and OCD to thrive on every level. I believe that soul and spirit are integral to emotional health, however those concepts resonate with you personally. My approach is direct, solution focused and collaborative, and we do a lot of laughing in my virtual office even if the problems you face feel tragic to impossible to find levity in. I believe that the most effective helpers are those who have walked their talk and have done their own fair share of healing. I feel honored to walk the messy human path along side my clients.
