My Approach to Helping

The most important element of any good therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. I genuinely care about my clients and work to ensure they feel understood and safe. My style is warm, open, and compassionate. I’ll approach your problems with kindness and curiosity, as I believe you’re the expert on your own experience

I help adults who are feeling stuck, isolated, or stressed, feel better and more connected to themselves and others. Whether you're struggling with a major transition, relationship challenges, job-related stress, or significant anxiety, I'll help you understand your emotions, gain insight and clarity, and, ultimately, enjoy a more fulfilling and connected life.

Therapy is an incredibly rewarding journey. The more we understand what’s behind our thoughts, actions, and patterns in relating to others, the more flexibility we have in our lives. If you need help, but don't quite know what's wrong, that's okay. Finding that out is part of the process. Contact me to talk about what you're experiencing and how I can help.
