My Approach to Helping
I'm a compassionate, kind, empathetic, supportive, creative, and nonjudgmental therapist whose goal is to work with my clients on improving their quality of life as a whole. Topics and issues that are treated may include interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, neurological disorders, bullying, abuse, grief and loss, dealing with medical ailments/illnesses, family, romantic/partner, career/job, day to day stress, LGBTQIA+/identity, and eating disorders. My treatment approach includes but is not limited to CBT, the expressive arts, mindfulness, person-centered, solution-focuses, multicultural, trauma focused, and coaching.
