What's My Approach to Therapy?
I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can explore what’s not working and discover new ways forward. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, I help clients make sense of their emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with their own strengths. You don’t have to figure it all out alone — we’ll work together to create real change.
My Practice & Services
I support adults, teens, and couples across Arizona and California via online therapy. Based in Scottsdale, I welcome clients from Phoenix, Tucson, and beyond. My clients often come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they want to change, or navigating painful shifts in their relationships or identity. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in taking meaningful steps forward.
Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
I believe that feeling safe, understood, and comfortable with your therapist is essential for therapy to be effective. I regularly check in with my clients to make sure they feel therapy is helping and I always support their decision to seek a different therapist if it is not the right fit. While therapy can bring up difficult emotions, you should never feel alone in it. You deserve a space that feels supportive, respectful, and healing.
How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
I know what it is like to face seasons of uncertainty, emotional heaviness, or not knowing where to begin. My own personal work has deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to showing up with honesty, care, and zero judgment. It is a privilege to walk alongside others doing this work.
