I can help you find answers to your questions. I am open to your story, and I listen with warmth, empathy and no judgment. I have worked in the mental health field for over eleven years where I have learned to see each client as unique. I create an individualized plan of treatment utilizing my training and experience in trauma therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy and family therapy. I work with individual clients (12 -65+), those who have experienced trauma, those struggling with anxiety and depression and those struggling with life issues such as loss of jobs, family or friends. I work with couples who are dealing with challenges in their relationship. I focus on our lived experiences as I believe that they shape how we adapt and adopt our behaviors.
