We can help you find answers to your questions. We are open to your story, and we listen with warmth, empathy and no judgment. We see each client as unique with their own story.
I create an individualized plan of treatment utilizing my training and experience in trauma therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy and family therapy. I work with individual clients (12 -65+), those who have experienced trauma, those struggling with anxiety and depression and those struggling with life issues such as loss of jobs, family or friends. I work with couples who are dealing with challenges in their relationship. I focus on your lived experiences as I believe that they shape how we adapt and adopt our behaviors.
