Hello, I'm Alicia!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is committed to supporting all of my clients in achieving growth and overcoming life challenges. I am based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with all populations, but I specialize in working with adolescents, anxiety, stress, and relationship discord.
My approach to therapy varies and is tailored to the individual and specific needs of each client. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered, as these modalities meet the client with empathy, mindfulness, and unconditional positive regard, to assist the client in achieving their goals. I believe in collaborating with my clients to enhance communication and strengthen therapeutic goals.
