My Approach to Helping
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist seeing clients in person at my office in Silver Lake, Los Angeles as well as online across the state of California. I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and meet each client with warmth and curiosity. I particularly enjoy working with young adults, artistscreatives, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Therapy is a vulnerable and often non-linear process. I offer a non-judgmental, relational space for personal growth and exploration. I am experienced working with individuals navigating anxiety, identity, spirituality, relationships, and life transitions. My approach integrates psychodynamic theory, Jungian depth psychology, and mindfulness practices. Depending on the day, we might focus on challenges arising in the present, or patterns established long ago in your past. Everything is relevant. I welcome all of you!
