I offer an in-depth understanding of many issues my clients bring to therapy, not just due to my psychotherapy training and relationship coaching background but through facing and resolving similar issues in my own life.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Counseling Psychology Masters Student practicing under clinical supervision, I don’t shy away from gently challenging you to explore new perspectives, with an honest, non-judgmental, compassionate and trauma-informed approach. I aim to make therapy accessible so I offer low-cost options and a sliding scale.
