Agata Blaszkow is a Resident in Counseling (RIC) with over 3 years of experience in the mental health field. Agata works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), grief, trauma, gender identity, and life transitions. Agata earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William and Mary with a specialization in the Military and Veteran populations. She utilizes, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based (SBT), and solution-focused therapy (SFT).
