I’m interested in meeting you where you are and helping you find a sense of peach and balance mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I have experience treating a myriad of issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and addiction. I also have training in cognitive behavioral therapy and have worked with a diverse population including, children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of lie. I strongly believe that each and every person is unique and special so I strive to be goal oriented and will tailor my approach to fit your specific needs.
