She uses cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT) and motivational interviewing while focusing on strengths, mindfulness, spirituality, the development of coping skills, and solutions-focused approaches. Deidra seeks to be your “tour guide” to self-discovery, reducing your depression/anxiety, learning coping skills to stop addictive patterns and behaviors, understanding your trauma and how it has impacted your life, and how to not let the past control your life.
