My Approach to Helping

I love my work. Every person or couple is completely different. Each meeting is unique. People carry impossibly heavy burdens of inadequacy, incompetency, undesirablility, repulsiveness, worthlessness, shame, or mortification. Giving people the tools to release these burdens is enormously rewarding. Watching folks gain a genuine freedom from these emotional weights dragging them down is enormously satisfying. Using The Internal Family Systems Model of Therapy is remarkably effective at very deep levels that enables the release of such extreme negative beliefs and feelings.
